He and his helper did an efficient and excellent job of both assessing what needed to be cleaned and taking care of it. Our carpets look great.

I had a recommendation from a neighbor here. They did a great job. They were very fast. They were two men. They did all my carpets and the two sofas, and they were out of here very fast. I don't think that they were here two hours. They were very punctual and very nice.

Called Quick Dry on Friday, 22 Feb 2013, he called me back on Monday, 25 Feb 2013 and sat appointment up for Friday, 1 Mar 2013 for 9:30. John and employee arrived around 9:20 on day of appt. We had furniture moved for them, so they could get started right away. John is very friendly and talked to me about getting the stains up that were really bad where our couch sits, because we eat there and have spilled many items. They went right to work and were down about 10:15. The carpet looks great and I definitely would use them again and recommend the company to anyone. This is actually the 3rd time we've used Quick Dry and we are always happy!

We purchased a house in Bloomington and prior to moving in we needed to have the carpets cleaned. We were looking for a high rated carpet cleaner whose technique and equipment allowed the carpets to dry quickly. After checking on the different providers we choose Quick Dry to perform the work. They came out promptly with a crew of three and did a good job cleaning the carpets. Since the house was empty at the time they were able to clean all the carpets very quickly. They were able to remove some stains as well. The carpets dried quickly, as promised, and the result was great.

They are very reliable and their work was good. The price was very reasonable.

Carpet cleaned three rooms and a hallway. Called before showing up. They were done less than 1-1/2 hrs, careful with walking on newly finished wood floors. Overall a good experience. I'll use them again when the carpets need cleaning.

They were excellent. I thought I would have to have it all pulled up, but the guy did a terrific job. The carpet was horrible, but it looks new now. The carpet cleaner said that he gets a lot of these kinds of calls at Christmas time because animals get into all kinds of things around and it makes them sick. I don't know what she got into, but she had just gotten nasty. It's a very big room and I thought the price was good. The guy's name is John and he came with a helper. He was a very pleasant person and very nice to deal with. He came right away as soon as I called. He said that he was really busy and asked if it was something that could wait. I said that its diarrhea and I can't wait so he came back the next day.
