It went very well. As we requested, they texted us each day to let us know everything was okay and sent occasional pictures. They also had a note for us when we got home. We have used other pet sitters in the past, but I would say that they are the best by far. Very trustworthy, has a genuine interest in our cats and taking good care of them and the house.

We contacted Bloomington Pet Sitters after we noticed that our previous cat sitters had let their website lapse. Bloomington Pet Sitters is fully insured, which is a real plus for us.
Russell came over to our house to learn where we kept everything and to meet our cats. He explained that even if we told him that we'd be back on a specific day, he'd continue to come to our house until we told him otherwise. This would prevent problems arising from an unforeseen delay in returning home.
They sent us text messages and texted us photos of our cats. We appreciated this. When we returned, it was clear that they'd taken care to clean the litter area of our house. Our cats were fed. The water was clearly fresh.
We were very pleased by the service, professionalism, and price. We will definitely recommend Bloomington Pet Sitters to our friends.
