I usually try to buy a new truck every 5 years and I’ve been buying one ever since. Every 5 to 6 years, I would trade off and but another one. All Fords! To me it’s like an addiction, I can’t keep away from the new vehicles, but I hate the car payment. I’m a sucker for the new car smell, it’s the most addicting drug in the world. It is for me. I’m a Ford guy, I like to try out the product. Ford traction. Quality vehicles.

Actually, it didn?t cost me nothing, it would have been extended warranty service, it came with the package when I brought the truck. Anything you ask me, I?m going to tell you ?A?, because Ford is good. It took about an hour. 

I called ahead of time, I made an appointment to bring my truck in. So, they were waiting on me when I got there. Workers were really good, all of them, top-notch. What could they improve on? Free donuts! Left vehicle clean, excellent. 

The best thing is that they can usually take your car in pretty quickly. You do not have to bring it in. The worst part is sometimes, they end up keeping it way longer than they say they are going to. They are usually pretty good about giving you a loaner car if you need one. We are going to use them again as long as we have our warranty. If we did not have our warranty we would not keep going to them.

At the time of the paper signing, we were asked if we wanted to purchase insurance. We said that we did NOT. However, a few years down the road, after we had traded the the truck in, we received a refund for prorated insurance. The dealer had sneaked the insurance into our paperwork. Very fraudulent, untrustworthy people. I would not trust them again.

There were issues with the inverter that was part of the original equipment for the ambulance. The service department had to do a lot of troubleshooting as it is not a "common" vehicle to work on. I did bring it back for adjustment, but everything was up and running by the second time. The air conditioning repair was pretty standard - a nonevent - it works fine, now. The service techs have been there awhile and are pretty good, even with other vehicles we have brought in over the years.

My last service was quite an expensive one. Normally it's been $30 up until now. It's the first time I've had to pay so much. I am fortunate; I have got a spare vehicle, so I told them that there was no rush. They are normally pretty quick with the normal service, oil change and that sort of thing. We make an appointment and take our vehicle in. It took them two days. I have always been happy. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They are always overpriced, because they are a dealership. The work they do is excellent. They know what they are doing. They send out notices when it is time for an oil change.

I was having trouble getting my car to start. They did a diagnostic test that cost a lot by itself. They said it was a bad starter, however 2 days later I had the exact same thing happen again, where the car would not start. They then said it was the battery.
I asked them, if the battery was so bad, why didn't the diagnostic test catch it. To resolve the issue, I got a coupon for a free oil change and the Asst. Manager of Bloomington Ford said he would talk to the staff. However he argued that they did nothing wrong.
Also, the waiting time was bad and that was because the Manager of the Service department was having the staff work on his Mustang. I saw them cleaning the whitewalls of the tires and commented about it the service representative and he said that they had been working on it all day. Don't ever take your car to this place for service, they will take advantage of you when it comes to getting your car repaired.

I use them because I bought my car there. They have always been very punctual and conscientious; they take care of business. The shop environment and interaction with staff members was all very good. They were very punctual and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
