Does not return phone calls - complained about he could get $170 for this job - he gave me the cost ! - had to call someone else

I have been using ARAB Termite and Pest Control for several years. They come to my home monthly for service. I live in a log home in the woods so they spray all the doors, windows and entry points to ensure that I do not have any bugs coming in. Quarterly they spray the entire exterior of my home and the cost for that is about $80. I have had a good experience with them. They are respectful of my home. They are very responsive, the main technician gave me his cell phone number so I can call him directly if I have any issues.
