Poorly, he was frequently a no show, late, did not return when he said he would, switched out our expensive Kichler can lights that we bought and handed to him, for cheap replacements without telling us nor returning our Kichler lights to us. We asked him about the can lights and he said he installed what was in the boxes, but the lights he installed had a different mfg. name on them and they did not fit in the Kichler box (we had to order one more Kichler can light to try to match the other two lights he installed in the same hallway, this is how we figured out that he did not install what we had first purchased and entrusted him with). This took alot of phone calls with Cummings Lighthouse and the builder to get to the bottom of this. He was fired. We could not believe how unethical he was.
