I don't remember if I wrote a review on this company immediately after the work was completed but there were many issues with the quality of the work. I had issue after issue and even called the owner out to the house to see the mess his men left...crooked switches, no switch plates, gaps between switch plates and drywall (as in, you could see the cut drywall after the switchplate was in place). Big crappy mess. Well, last year I finally got around to wiring in a light fixture over my sink that they laid the wire for...and every time I turned the light on the GFCI would trip. I called the owner back out again and he said that I must have wired the fixture in wrong or that my gas range and microwave might be too much on that circuit...I thought that it was odd at the time because I am not an electrician and I expect if I hire a professional they will tell me what a circuit can support and what it cannot. Well, I wrote him off after that visit. Horrible customer service and didn't do a darn thing to fix the problem just said he could send his guys back out but they'd charge me because "they have to make a living." So I thought that I probably wired the light incorrectly and planned to get to it for a year or so. Finally, I had a plumber come out yesterday to run a water line for my icemaker and I also asked him to rewire that light over the sink...he fixed it! Turns out, Alexander Electric's professionals wired the GFCI outlet in wrong which caused it to trip everytime the light was switched on. So, in conclusion, this company is expensive, sloppy, and incompetent.
