I put too much vegetable matter in the disposal and it jammed. I called Alexander, he answered promptly, told me approximately when that day he could come. He was delayed, and he called me to let me know and he arrived later that day. He fixed the problem in a few minutes. I don't recall what he charged for this particular call.
I have used Alexander's Plumbing several times and always found him courteous, fair priced, and knowledgeable.
