Outstanding service, the whole staff is very knowledgeable; I previously use their service due to troubles with my starter, they run the diagnostic and found what was wrong with my car, they not only tell you what your car problem is but explain you and even show you what the problem is. The price is competitive and very reasonable, and their service is reliable and quick; I highly recommend Advance Autocare services.

I just love them. I think they are very reliable and honest. I don't think they overcharge. I totally trust them with my automobiles. I think the price is perfect. I used to call around to see who had the best price every time I needed to have work done, and their price was always the best. I really like them.

My car wouldn't start. I had to have it towed to this provider. I was pleasantly surprised that the only problem was a wire signal connector. The provider also checked the battery and recommended that it be replaced. They informed me that it would not last through the winter.

We've been going there for years for all of our auto maintenance. They explain all work in detail, and don't believe in throwing money at problems.

Advanced Auto is great! I've been taking my car to them for years and they've always been very reliable, give good prices, and they'll explain everything to you in detail which I really appreciate. Firestone quoted me at $1500 for a timing belt replacement, and they took care of it for half the cost. They've even replaced light bulbs for me, free of charge. When my tires were bad they told me I needed to get them changed immediately even though they didn't have anything to gain from it since they don't sell tires. They always get my car finished quickly, and I've never had a complaint about the price. Very honest, great to work with, and I'll continue taking my cars to them for as long as I live in Bloomington!

They said they would try to get the part from the dealer and have it finished and returned to me by the end of the day and they did. The latch would come unhooked in the past and Advanced would rehook it so that I didn't have to have it replaced but eventually, it did break. I'm pleased with the work, the price and how they returned the car to me on the same day.

I took my truck in to have the brakes looked at, expecting them to need to be changed (which I told them on the phone), because they were making a squeaking noise. They inspected everything, test drove the truck, and told me I didnt need to get them changed yet. They easily could have said to replace them and I wouldnt have questioned it since there were so many miles on them. I'll definitely return when it is time to replace the brakes, and will also come here for all other auto needs.

This is an excellent car repair business. Employee was very polite and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed problem and offered repair quote shortly after drop-off time. Vehicle repaired efficiently and quickly. I will definitely use this shop for future repairs.

They are very honest and they don't try to repair things that don't need to be repaired. They are very effective in getting the car working the way it is supposed to. Their price is comparable to other people. They are friendly and informative. It is clean. We will use them in the future.
