Phone Service - Cellular, Satellite TV Equipment Service
They had a bundle that they offered which seemed to be a good deal. In this town they offered something which was a fancied internet, TV package thing. However, they said that we can?t have it when we wanted to sign up for it as it was not available in our neighborhood. They started sending us bills with text charges that we haven?t opted for. It was sent to us repeatedly. It was difficult to get them respond and they were difficult to deal with. They wanted to charge us for incoming calls. You have to argue with them for everything. The telephone service is reliable. We can't watch TV when it rains. They were responsive when we initially had some difficulties with the set up; they were right on the spot. They were on time. They were pretty professional and they explained things.
