My furnace was blowing, but no hot air would come out.  It was 10 years old and I thought it would have to be replaced.   I called Ron Stephens heating and cooling to come out and look at the furnace.  Mr. Stephens was already familiar with my particular model, and was able to a**** the problem in about 2 minutes.  His solution was very easy and cost effective.  He also gave me a few really neat pointers on how to maintain my model much cheaper then I had been doing, and he did not have to do that, but I greatly appreciated it.  Mr. Stephens gave us a very honest repair at a great price and he did not try to upsell us like he could have.  I feel like it he was one of the most honest repair men I have had in my house and will definently call him again if my furnace, heater, or air conditioner have any problems

HE IS ALWAYS VERY REASONABLE. HE LISTENS TO YOU AND DOES WHAT YOU WANT. WE'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK AND HIS COSTS. HE IS A NICE PERSON TO DEAL WITH AS WELL. THE HARDEST THING IS GETTING A HOLD OF HIM BECAUSE HE'S ALWAYS SO BUSY, BUT HE'S WELL WORTH THE WAIT.
