My chimney was leaking around the outside down through the ceiling below. I am very grateful that I was able to be scheduled the same day. Allen offered a temporary fix so I would not be worried about 6 of the next 7 days having rain expected. I found talking to John to be friendly and helpful. I will be using them for the permanent completion of the project.

I had a really good experience with John when I hired him the first time, I tried to hire him again and he no showed. I cannot get him to call me back to reschedule, no matter how many times I try! So frustrating!

You were given a number of opportunities to have a more experienced cleaner come in and do your project but you insisted on giving one of my new cleaners a chance. Then you left good reviews on Della via message so I am sorry that Della did not work out but I tried to get a more experienced cleaner for the low rate you want to pay and you just would not work with me. I am sorry I could not make you happy."
