Thomas was here within an hour and we were on a time crunch! He dropped everything to come, even though the Super Bowl was getting ready to begin! My dryer finally works because of him! He also gave us a 1 year warranty if needed! Great guy!

Mr. Neuner called me on Wednesday and set an appointment for the next day. As promised, he called ahead to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He was efficient and professional, and finished the job in under 30 minutes. Very personable man, and very helpful. I’ve already made a reminder in next year’s calendar to call him again.

Thomas worked on our air conditioner last year ,2023 and told us we might get another season of use. We really liked and trusted him. Air conditioner leaking again this year, 2024, so called again. We decided to replace air conditioner and furnace per his recommendation because it is 23 yrs old. A different company installed both. Thomas came by after installation to look it over and collect payment. After he left we looked closer and found a few areas that seemed sloppy and questionable. Called Thomas and he said he would be out â first thingâ Monday morning. We texted him at 10:30am asking for a time frame. He said he overslept and would be here early evening after completing emergency scheduled appointments. One week later, still no call, no show. We havenâ t contacted him. We trusted him and appreciated his work ethic until he blew us off. Not an honorable way to do business. We wonâ t call him again.

Thomas was easy to talk to and gave excellent feedback about the problem. He diagnosed the problem speedily and fixed it promptly. He replaced the capacitor and added1.25 pounds of refrigerant. It was a hot 86 degree day and he made a special trip. Will highly recommend and will definitely use again. All of this for $735.

He was very nice and on time. Once in my home did the work thoroughly and quickly as he stated he would do. I also got some prices on other services he offers and will definitely be using his service again. I am going to refer him to some of my friends that need work on their home.

Thomas left me hanging , we set an appt for 3:30 he was a no call no show, I texted him. He returned my text at 3; pp a.m. like it was a joke. Very unprofessional. Would not hire.

My gas water heater went out, and Thomas Neuner went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. Talked me through what how to turn off everything to the unit (water and gas), called the next morning to tell me what time to expect him, and was on time. He could've just as easily told me I needed a new water heater and I would've never known the difference. Instead, he was honest, went and got the necessary part, came back immediately, and got the job done! His charge was beyond fair! I cannot give him more than 5 stars, otherwise he would get 10!!!! He called to let us know 1st job was taking longer than expected. Called when he was on his way. Very friendly, courteous and efficient. Replaced two parts on 21 yr old AC and cleaned it. Told us it should last a few more years. Seemed knowledgeable. Asked if we would like him to test furnace and he replaced a part on that also. Furnace was installed 1996. AC is working fine. Hopefully it will get us through any hot days before winter. Would recommend

he suggested he could complete a fall furnace and air conditioner inspection after he completed cleaning the dryer vent. I said and he pointed out the potential future problem. After he left the next week I had been having a water leak that kept enlarging. A plumber could not find the leak and I hired a leak detection company who found leak to be drained from the air conditioner was plugged. Why did not he find the problem when he completed the fall inspection? Yes, I told him about the leak.

He was prompt, efficient, but very expensive for the time it took for uncomplicated project.

Very responsive to my inquire, owner responded within 20 min of request & booked appointment @ same time.
