THE ARRANGEMENT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE I HAD ORDERED. IT WAS A CHEAP, LEFTOVER DESIGNER ARRANGEMENT. I WOULD ESTIMATE THE COST TO BE ABOUT $25.00. I CONTACTED FTD ABOUT MY DISSATISFACTION, WHO IN TURN CALLED LINDA'S FLOWER 'N GIFT SHOP. THEY REFUSED TO PICK UP THE OLD ARRANGEMENT AND CORRECT THE ORDER.
