The owner showed up on time. Got the job done quickly, educated me on the system (I just bought the house not long ago). Fair price, would definitely call again.

I got them from Angie's List. I got 3 bids and theirs was the mid bid. It was a bid of $1,200 just to fix the break. When they started to dig the yard, they found out that there was a break all the way to the sewer. So I had to have the whole sewer line from the house to the sewer dugout and replaced. They seemed honest. Even though the bid was for $1,200 and there was a break, I couldn't get another estimate on the whole job. They told me it was going to be $6,000 to $6,500 depending on how far to the sewer it was.

The project had some bumps in terms of delays, not all of which were the company's fault. Very pleased with the way the company set matters right in the end.

We are on a septic system and our lines were clogged. Jay's came out and quickly had our lines unclogged and running in no time. They also informed us that given we have lived here 15 years and have never had the septic tank cleaned, it was overdue. We then scheduled a date for them to come out and clean our septic tank.
We found the employees both in the office and on the site to be extremely friendly and helpful. Their work was done as stated and in a professional manner. Dealing with Jay's was an excellent experience and I would most definitely use them again. Really can't say enough positive things about this company. Highly recommend them.

They had to reschedule due to some other customers emergency, but they knocked some money off the bill for my inconvenience. They were on time, called me before they came and were very careful running the pipe to the septic tank. They even put back some of my landscaping items when they were done.

we used this company last year on a house my wife was selling. Jay Troy did a great job. They must be out of business as they will not return phone calls or they are not interested in sewer hook up. I wanted this company, but have gone with another company.

Once again, I was revisited by that dreadful sight of stool bellowing up from my basement floor drain. This time, I knew who to call! Ray is the absolute BEST! He is a true professional and really knows the business. His prices are fair and he will work around your schedule to assure that you get your appointment. He was able to quickly identify the clog and give me tips on how to prevent a reoccurrance in the future. He is real, honest, and genuine. His wife answers the incoming calls and she is extremely pleasant as well. Ray is ABSOLUTELY the guy to call when you need a sewer cleaning! HE ROCKS!!!

Jay Troy Septic - We set an appointment for about 4 days out as that worked best for my schedule and theirs. I have lived with Septic service nearly 50 years in Marion Co. and have utilized many different service companies during that time. I feel that Jay Troy Septic is the best provider for this service that I have ever encountered. Their truck was very clean and well equipped, the 2 gentlemen were very personable and knowledgeable, they parked in the street and ran their hoses across the lawn rather than down the driveway, and even rolled up and put away the garden hose that I had staged in the yard for their use. Their price was much lower than I've paid other providers in the past, and I didn't have to clean up the yard, driveway, and sidewalk after they'd gone like I have had to do with others. I would definitely use them again.

I'd called Jay Troy's Sewer and Septic and spoke with Mrs. Halfaker about sewer gas odor in our half bath. I thought we needed to have the septic tank pumped. She asked her husband, the company owner, to call me with advice. He called me back that same evening. He insisted that our tank was not the problem because the weather this summer has been too dry, and the tank had been pumped 18 months before. On his advice, we had the toilet reseated. The plumber added two wax rings and solved the problem. It's a rare service provider who will help you solve your problem at no cost. We'll be using Jay Troy's Sewer and Septic should we ever have the chance to hook up city to sewers. He's very knowledgeable, extremely experienced, and always eager to help.

Ray and helper arrived and located the septic lid, which I had already marked after his last visit. He dug down to the lid, but in the process nicked a wire to my irrigation system. The wire wasn't cut but the insulation was nicked. Ray borrowed electrical tape from me and taped over the wire to prevent any possible problems of water getting into it. He was conscientious to tell me and to correct the problem instead of ignoring it. The tank was pumped without anything out of the ordinary. Ray then covered the lid and replaced the sod, and watered it. They cleaned up the area and left everything as they found it. There were no leaks or mess left behind.

We have used Troy Septic for many years. They are always responsive and efficient in correcting our septic tank issues. We do not get a price ahead of time (usually they don't know how extensive the problem will be) and we have not yet received a bill for this last service.

I called this morning and they came out around noon the same day - quick turn around! They were able to locate the septic quickly and serviced it in 15 minutes. This new house is my first experience with a septic system and they answered all my questions thoroughly.

We were impressed with the care he took with existing landscaping. Both in our job and our son's they dug up the plants and put them aside so we could replant when they were done. Had to take out a fence at our son's home, but they put it back good as before.

They did a great job. They were thorough and polite. I even talked to them about hooking up my house to the sewer system when it comes through the neighborhood. Now finding a decent, competent person to do that job is one less thing I have to worry about. I'll just call them.

They were there on time and found out that my sewer line was not blocked, but the toilet was instead. They removed the toilet, took out a toothbrush that had become lodged in there, re-installed the toilet, and it worked fine after that.
