They were really nice, they did a good job. They did suberd work done well. They do excellent work. And I will absolutely use them a gain in the future.

The work performed was excellent and the customer service was top notch.  We worked with Greg to get the estimate/quote and detailed project plan.  He was timely and responsive to all of our calls from day 1 through the end of project.  After we received the quote with the project plan, I followed up on the phone to get some things clarified, and Greg explained it very thoroughly and in a language that I could understand as to exactly what they would be doing to raise the screened-in porch and add additional support to ensure that the problem would not come back.  We agreed to a date that the work would be completed and the crew came out on the agreed upon day and time, and they were able to complete the work in less than a day and the quality of work was top-notch.  I set a 4 foot level down on the floor of the porch and it is now perfectly level anywhere I inspect.  So glad we chose ICS for the work.  My only regret is that we did not have them do this years ago :-)
Greg even took the time to follow up with me on the phone the day after the work was performed to make sure we were satisfied and answer any follow up questions that I had.  One of the best parts was that when we received the invoice a week later, it actually came in several hundred less than the original estimate!  We have had several major projects done around our house in the last year and a half and have had good luck with all the contractors we have worked with, but ICS has been one of the best that we've worked with thus far.  We would definitely recommend them to family and friends in the Indianapolis area and we would definitely choose them again for any home improvement projects that come up in the future.

Everything went fine. With that much work to do I would have thought there would have been some glitches, but there weren't. Everything went smoothly.

I liked them. The contact there is Mr. Greg Martin. He worked for 2 days on the roof. They did a wonderful job. They picked up after themselves every day and left it clean.

The owner of the company is a friend of ours and they have done work for us for years. It has been a huge project and they have been working here now for a couple of months. It is not inexpensive but I think they are reasonable for what they do. It might be a little more expensive than some other companies, but on the other hand, I know their work is good and they will stand by it. We have had them do work for us before and they come every year and check out our house. I think we get a good deal for our money.

Again, without the owner's help, I would have had to spend a lot of money out of my own pocked because of a bad estimate from my insurance company. The owner worked with the adjustor and made sure all the damage was correctly detailed and I got reimbursed. He accepted the values from the adjustor and the work was well done. It was a period after storms and they were very busy but everything was well done and I'm very happy.

They did the whole roof. We have a very complicated roof because we have lot of sharp corners and there is a lot of different piece and stuff, and they did a very good job. They were little slow, but overall they did a very good job. They cleaned up very well after the job. I would use their service in the future too.

The owner helped me in working with my insurance company to ensure I got the biggest return for my claim. He was very good about it and really corrected something the adjuster had incorrect.

They were professional, punctual, easy to work, and very qualified. I would recommend them to others.

We have three windows that are very difficult to replace. We had to have custom work provided to duplicate the windows. They removed the windows, duplicated them, and reinstalled them.

We had water damage to our roof and were experiencing leaks. They had to remove all of the shingles from the roof and replace them with new ones. We have not had any problems with the roof since they completed the work.

We have cedar paneling on the outside of our home that is irreplaceable. To help restore it, they are power washing it, plugging any holes, and then painting and sealing the paneling. They always provide quality work.

We have a lot of open stone work in our home, and the tile that they installed matches the shading in the stone perfectly. They installed stripping around the floor to help blend the tiles. I was pleased with the work because they made sure the flooring would accomodate my wife's walker so that she could get around easily.

The work was completed exactly as promised regarding time schedules, appearance and quality of materials used and quality of workmanship. The follow up and communication of all aspects of this job from estimate phase to completion phase was excellent. This is a super company!!!!!!

THE WORK TOOK PLACE DURING THE HEAVY SNOW IN DECEMBER AND EARLY JANUARY. KEN WENT OVER TO THE HOUSE WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN, TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK, AND THAT THERE WASN'T ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETE, KEN TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING, AND WORKED WITH ME IN HELPING ME GET THE CHECKS CLEARED THROUGH THE MORTGAGE COMPANIES. WHEN THE WORKERS WERE FINISHED, HE VACUUMED THE CARPET AND PUT THE FURNITURE BACK WHERE IT WAS BEFORE. HE MADE SURE I HAD SEEN THE WORK AND WAS HAPPY WITH IT BEFORE HE SENT THE BILL. I WOULD ONLY CALL KEN TO DO ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN THE FUTURE.

KEN CALLED ME BACK ON A SATURDAY, AFTER HOURS, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM. HE WAS ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE, AND FOR EVERY REPAIR HE ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED, AND AFTERWARDS MADE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY HAD DONE. HE ADJUSTED HIS SCHEDULE TO FIT MY SCHEDULE, AND INFORMED ME OF ANY CHANGES OR NEW ISSUES. THE WORK THEY DID WAS DONE QUITE PROMPTLY, AND THE WORKMEN CLEANED ALL OF THEIR MESS THAT THEY MADE. FOR ANY FUTURE REPAIRS THAT THE HOUSE NEEDS, I WILL ALWAYS CALL I.C.S. FIRST.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! THEY CALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH UPDATES ON WHEN WE COULD EXPECT THEM. THEY WERE BUSY WITH WIND DAMAGE REPAIRS. THEY CAME OUT AS PROMISED.

OVERALL VERY HAPPY

I WANTED A LIMITED INEXPENSIVE REDO OF MY KITCHEN SIMPLY TO CLEAN IT UP AND LIGHTEN IT UP...THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT ABIDING BY MY WISHES AND COMING UP WITH IDEAS...LIKE TEXTURING THE CEILINGS AND WALLS TO HIDE OLD CHRONIC PLASTER WALL DEFECTS. PAINTING WAS NOT EASY TO DO ON OLD CABINETS...BUT PAINT JOB HAS NOT HELD UP WELL...CHIPS EASILY. FLOOR HAD TO BE REDONE....BUT JOB SUPERVISOR PICKED THIS UP IMMEDIATELY AND TOOK CARE OF IT. THIS COMPANY DOES DAMAGE WORK FOR INSURANCE COMPANY...THAT IS WHERE I GOT THEIR NAME.

SENT SEVERAL SPECIALIST TO DO VARIOUS CHORES. ALL WERE MOST COURTEOUS AND EFFIECIENT. I AM VERY PLEASED.
