Dean did a very good job. The pricing was completely fair. He gave good advice on purchasing materials. Everything was very neat and clean when he left.

The whole project went extremely well. Dean is excellent with his communications and always does what he says he is going to do. We spaced the project over several months to accommodate both our schedules and commitments. He worked around our three dogs, two cats, three 12-year-olds, and often times visiting friends and neighbors. My kids really have missed him since he completed all of the painting. He is very honest and just a truly good and kind person.

THE WORK PERFORMED WAS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. WE WERE INFORMED AT THE ESTIMATE STAGE THAT THE WORK WOULD NOT BE PERFORMED QUICKLY (AS THIS WAS A SIDE JOB). THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, THOUGH, WHEN HE INDICATED THAT IT WOULD BE (APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS). EVERYTHING WAS DONE BY HAND AND WE WERE IMMENSELY PLEASED BY THE FINISHED WORKS. IN ADDITION, THERE WAS NOTHING TO CLEAN UP. EVEN THE PAINT CHIPS WERE DISPOSED OF PROPERLY.

DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HONEST AND HARD WORKING. A PAINT SPILL DAMAGED THE ROOF, BUT HE WORKED WITH HIS INSURANCE COMPANY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM TO OUR SATISFACTION. HOPE TO USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

NOT EXTREMELY FAST BUT VERY, VERY METICULOUS. EXCELLENT WORK; WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, EVEN REPAIRING MINOR STRUCTURAL DEFECTS THAT HE FOUND. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS WORK TO ANYONE.
