THEY MISSED THEIR APPOINTMENT FOR INSTALLATION. WORKMANSHIP IS SUBSTANDARD, RESPONSIVENESS NONEXISTENT. PURCHASE INCLUDES 5 YEAR WARRANTY. WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM AND THEY ARE NOW TOTALLY UNAVAILABLE TO TAKE OUR COMPLAINTS.
