Jon Taylor did a excellent job.  We had a love seat that had stains on it from water damage from a water leak in the ceiling and a recliner that looked pretty bad.  They both now look like new.  Our carpet was in really bad shape and it now looks outstanding !  The kitchen carpet was beyond hope and now looks like new.  I couldn't believe it.  I wish I had called him a long time ago.  He also cleaned our ducts and as good a job with our carpet and furniture, I'm sure we'll see a lot less dust in the house.  He was very professional and did all of this in about 4 hours.  I have had other company's clean our carpet in the past, but Jon Taylor did, by far, a much better job.  I highly recommend him and will use him the next time we need cleaning done.

They were really good. The contractor even took me shopping and allowed me to pick out what I wanted to make sure I was happy. He took me to multiple stores too. He was really nice -- he even gave me his home and cell phone number in case I needed anything.

Air Duct Cleaning went very well and I will call them again. Messages from Angie's List may be going to their spam mail. When I did not hear from them, I called number on their website and scheduled an appointment in two days. It was a foggy cold morning but they arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I look forward to a winter with cleaner air!

At the time of IU's homecoming in 2010 my husband wanted to have a mini-reunion brunch at our home, so I had to have the carpets and windows cleaned. My mother and mother-in-law had always used Servicemaster, but they did not even return my calls! I had not joined Angie's list at that time, and was relatively new in Bloomington - so I studied all the ads in the the phone book, then called 2 or 3. Taylor sounded the most organized and professional, and were able to do the work when we needed it done. I was pleased then, though it took a bit longer than I had hoped because one worker had called in sick. I had intended to have the cleaning done again within 2 years or so, but other things kept coming up. Finally, everything started looking REALLY BAD, so I called Taylor again almost exactly 3 years later. They did have me in their computer system, as well as exact details of what they had done, and the charges. Again, they were able to come at a time that was convenient for us. I have fine hair (and fortunately still quite a lot of it), so using hair spray daily is a must - and the Pella window screen in my bathroom gets really gummy. They got that and the other screens completely clean. It was a man and a woman. They were scheduled to arrive at 10:00, and arrived within 10 minutes of that time. I forget exactly when they finished, but it was around midday or very early afternoon. As another reviewer mentioned, the carpets were surprisingly dry when they left, and they did NOT spread out any papers the way carpet cleaners used to do in the old days (they did put little foam blocks under the legs of some of the furniture). I would definitely use them again - because they do a good job, and also because they come when they say they will.

year.Excellent job and so easy to deal with! Cleaned our carpets in our home. Carpets were not only clean, but almost dry from when they left!!! We plan on having them clean our sectional next time. I only wish they had an exact cost for a sectional couch instead of having to break it up into couch, love seat, and recliner. Very professional and have great deals offered throughout the year.

They did a good job. Two guys that came were really nice and they moved some furniture around. They came back to make sure we were satisfied. Couple of stuffs went wrong but they stayed and made sure we were satisfied with everything. They are real thorough and are really good. Even after weeks if you call them if you are not satisfied then they come back and fix it. The price was good.

They came in and did the job professionally without causing harm.

Sean Taylor is the owner and he did a really good job. We got a flat rate for 25 vents and we have 27 and he charged us the flat rate instead of going up to the higher rate. He doesn't charge a trip charge. He did a good job cleaning the mess that we had. A guy that I work with recommended him. He was very polite and conscientious. He came on a Saturday and we were here and he was very considerate of our dogs and us. He had to put up with 4-legged little people. It was nice that he came on a Saturday. His prices are actually probably higher than most but he actually did the work. There were no add-ons and no surprises. The price he quoted me over the phone was the price we paid when he got here so we didn't have any complaints. He did what he said he was going to do and charged what he said he would charge.
