+ -1 moreI called after waiting all day for delivery and was informed that they had simply run out of time. No courtesy call to let me know they would need to reschedule, no apology for the inconvenience. When they did deliver a few days later they did not have the quantity I had ordered. They refunded the difference and offered to deliver balance of mulch for free. I ordered the rest after realizing that I would need more, paid cash. Expected delivery last week but we had rain. Still no call from them to reschedule. I understand that it is wet and they do not want to tear up my yard or get their truck stuck but a phone call to verify the reschedule and when to expect delivery sure would be nice. Customer service and communications could be improved. Quality of product is excellent.
Description of Work: Scheduled to deliver mulch, no show, no phone call.
