My wife and I were in the market for a new car, after test driving several different makes and models we settled on a 2014 Chevy Malibu. We wanted the black color, with a few specific additions some standard and some add-ons. Despite our constant display of interest in the black color car, the sales manager was adamant about us taking the white model they already had on the lot. The black model we wanted was located at another dealership in Bloomington Indiana. The sales manager wanted to move the white model already on their lot for what I can assume were the most obvious reasons- they already possessed the car, did not have to transfer a car from the other lot in Bloomington, they had not been able to sell the white car yet,etc. In an effort to sell us the white car the sales manager authorized a variety of incentives which included a higher value on the vehicle we traded in, installing an after market sun roof, and tinting the windows on the car. After much deliberation, we decided to purchase the white model and had all the details written out in the contract. Upon approval we picked up the car and were instructed to set an appointment to bring the car back, pick up a loaner vehicle in order for the Malibu to have the windows tinted and sun roof installed by a 3rd party company. After a couple trips back to Hubler, we finally received ALL of the aftermarket updates and we are very happy with the car!! We will buy a car at Hubler again in the future!

The mechanics are good. I wouldn't go back there for another vehicle as GMC is not pleasing to me.

They will drop the job if I say no to something, they do not push me.

I had an issue in the past and they corrected it and tried to make everything right with it. The service manager is willing to work with everything and make sure that things are fixed to my satisfaction.
