Estimate to replace the water heater was $250 more than Lowes. I chose Lowes. Then I was billed for the service
call, which is understandable, but I thought $60 was too much for a service call as I live within 2 miles of the business. I wish I had
asked how much a service call would cost. It took 3 days before they sent a service man, but they did offer to put in the water heater the very next day, for $750.
