They did excellent work. Their prices are terrific. They were very efficient and they cleaned up when they were done. It was also easy to schedule an appointment. I would use them again.

They arrived as planned. All the work was performed as specified. The areas were cleaned up. We have used Alexander's tree service numerous times and have always been satisfied.

They were here when they said they would be, did excellent work and would not take any money until the last detail was completed to our satisfaction. They were always courteous, considerate, friendly and professional. They removed the stumps and, even though one of the trees was huge, you can't tell there was ever a tree there. They raked up all the residue and stacked wood we wanted to keep where we wanted it. Can't say enough about the work ethic of every person involved, which was a large crew. We have utilized their services before and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They were really good. They had the best estimate and they were very efficient and did good work and cleaned everything up. We were very pleased with them.

We were very happy with Alexander Tree Service. They came out and recommended what we needed to do and then took care of it. We had several different companies come out to give us estimates, and they were probably the most professional company that came out. They made me feel the most secure that they knew what they were talking about and that they were going to do a good job. They also had good prices. There was a tree that had an issue and instead of just cutting it down, he told us what to do to keep an eye on it. I appreciated that, because he could have easily lumped that into his job and charged us to take it down. He did what needed to be done and took care of it well, but didn't try to put too many extras into it. I appreciated that the most.

I have used them a number of times in situations that required tree climbing and removing so as not to damage close structures or other trees. They did fine each time. They cleaned up well.

I'm disappointed as I had heard good things. It would have been nice to at least had one of my calls returned.

The estimator/arborist, Brian, was very helpful and knowledgeable in his assessment of my tree. I felt that he would have tried to save the tree if possible, but it was too damaged and was in danger of doing harm to my property or my neighbor's property. I thought the estimate was fair and communication with the office was handled efficiently. The work was scheduled on one of the hottest days of the year, but the crew of five men seemed undaunted. They worked well as a team and took as much care as possible to protect my house and yard. Although the work was supposed to be finished in one day, they had to come back a couple of days later to finish up, which took another half day. The clean-up was thorough.

They did a super job. When they got here the guys went right to work . Just watching them you knew that they knew what they were doing . It was really neat to watch them .When it comes to clean up the guy did a great job . I would recommend this Co. for having your trees trimmed or taken out.

The work was excellent. The finished product still gives us the sense of living in the trees, but with more space, and sunlight. We are much happier than we had hoped.

I went ok. Only took them about 1 and 1/2 hours. They did a good job cleaning up the mess.

Once the crew arrived (miscommunication between the office and the field on when the workers were expected), the work was done efficiently and quickly.

. The tree trimmers arrived on the scheduled date and time. The quality of work performed was good. After the trees were removed, the company scheduled another date to removed the tree stumps. All the debris from the trimming was cleanedup and removed. After the stump remova and the workers had left, the area involved needed more clean-up attention from us,

Alexander's was prompt to come out and provide a review, and likewise in providing their services. They gave an estimate for the work we requested, plus they also offered to do some additional work that needed done (if we chose) for a little bit more money. The work required two visits, based on the type of work. We were impressed with the price and the quantity and quality of work provided. With the exception of one bush -- that we regret not having removed and we did not request that -- they did exactly what was needed. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything. We would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

I had an emergency with a tree that needed to be cut down immediately and Alexander's made sure to come out immediately and made the tree safe, which I deeply appreciated. Unfortunately, I think due to the last-minute notice of the job, the workers left all the wood scattered around both my yard and my neighbor's yard. When we complained, Alexander's was very apologetic but my husband and neighbor had cleaned it up and removed most of it by the time Alexander's had come back to finish the job. When the workers did come to remove the rest of the tree at the scheduled time, the crew was very professional and I was very happy with their work.

Very happy with their work, and would definately use them again. We had gotten a previous estimate from someone else that was more than twice what they charged.

They went through a thorough explanation and didn’t end up doing the work as it wasn’t necessary. However, they were very upfront. They like to save trees!

They were very neat and you can not tell were the trees existed.

They are always prompt and always do a good job. They are very polite. I have used them for about 10 years.

I set up an initial appointment to have someone out to give me an estimate. The quote seemed very low to remove to trees and one large bush (including stumps) but they came recommended. It took nearly 3 weeks to get a crew out to the house. When they did finally come the process was extremely quick. They were in and out in about 2 hours, however, they didn't remove the stumps. I was told they were not removed at that time due to the ground being too soft. I said that was fine and was told there would be someone back out shortly when the weather was drier. Nearly a month and half went by before someone returned. It wasn't the end of the world - I was in no hurry. Also the south side of town was hit by a small tornado and I knew Alexander was one of the company's that was giving their services to help the clean up. Also, they had not invoiced me. I called back to make sure I hadn't been forgotten about. Another crew was out again shortly after. Everything looked great. They did a wonderful job. Also - they were nearly 1/2 of any other company.

They were a pleasure to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. Gave us a very reasonable price to cut down our locust tree, bore out its roots, and cut down an additional tree's dead branches. They did this job on a day when it was 99 degrees out. Didn't slow them down a bit. They climbed the tree and cut it down from the top. Then sawed the trunk into manageable pieces to haul away. Gave us a few of the driest pieces to use as firewood. Then they trimmed a few dead branches from another tree in our backyard. Raked and cleaned up our yard afterwards. The yard looked better when they were done than when they began their job. A few days later another member of their crew bored out the roots of the locust tree. When he was done, you couldn't even tell where he had worked. Did a beautiful job.
