They arrived as planned. All the work was performed as specified. The areas were cleaned up. We have used Alexander's tree service numerous times and have always been satisfied.

They were here when they said they would be, did excellent work and would not take any money until the last detail was completed to our satisfaction.  They were always courteous, considerate, friendly and professional.  They removed the stumps and, even though one of the trees was huge, you can't tell there was ever a tree there.  They raked up all the residue and stacked wood we wanted to keep where we wanted it.
Can't say enough about the work ethic of every person involved, which was a large crew.  We have utilized their services before and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They were really good. They had the best estimate and they were very efficient and did good work and cleaned everything up. We were very pleased with them.

We were very happy with Alexander Tree Service. They came out and recommended what we needed to do and then took care of it. We had several different companies come out to give us estimates, and they were probably the most professional company that came out. They made me feel the most secure that they  knew what they were talking about and that they were going to do a good job. They also had good prices. There was a tree that had an issue and instead of just cutting it down, he told us what to do to keep an eye on it. I appreciated that, because he could have easily lumped that into his job and charged us to take it down. He did what needed to be done and took care of it well, but didn't try to put too many extras into it. I appreciated that the most.

I have used them a number of times in situations that required tree climbing and removing so as not to damage close structures or other trees. They did fine each time. They cleaned up well. 

The estimator/arborist, Brian, was very helpful and knowledgeable in his assessment of my tree.  I felt that he would have tried to save the tree if possible, but it was too damaged and was in danger of doing harm to my property or my neighbor's property.  I thought the estimate was fair and communication with the office was handled efficiently. 

The work was scheduled on one of the hottest days of the year, but the crew of five men seemed undaunted. They worked well as a team and took as much care as possible to protect my house and yard.  Although the work was supposed to be finished in one day,  they had to come back a couple of days later to finish up, which took another half day.  The clean-up was thorough. 

They did a super job. When they got here the guys went right to work . Just watching them you knew that they knew what they were doing . It was really neat to watch them .When it comes to clean up the guy did a great job . I would recommend this Co. for having your trees trimmed or taken out.

The work was excellent. The finished product still gives us the sense of living in the trees, but with more space, and sunlight. We are much happier than we had hoped.

I went ok. Only took them about 1 and 1/2 hours. They did a good job cleaning up the mess.

The price estimate was a bit under what we anticipated. Very pleased with the quality of work and the price.

I was satisfied with the service provided and would use the company again.

Once the crew arrived (miscommunication between the office and the field on when the workers were expected), the work was done efficiently and quickly. 

.  The tree trimmers arrived on the scheduled date and time.  The quality of work performed was good. After the trees were removed, the   company scheduled another date to removed the tree stumps.  All the debris from the trimming was cleanedup and removed.
After the stump remova and the workers had left, the area involved  needed more clean-up attention from us,

Alexander's was prompt to come out and provide a review, and likewise in providing their services. They gave an estimate for the work we requested, plus they also offered to do some additional work that needed done (if we chose) for a little bit more money.  The work required two visits, based on the type of work.  We were impressed with the price and the quantity and quality of work provided.  With the exception of one bush -- that we regret not having removed and we did not request that -- they did exactly what was needed.  They worked quickly and cleaned up everything.  We would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Alexander Tree Service was very professional, punctual, and fast in the removal of the tree. They cleaned up everything in our yard. We would hire them again.

I had an emergency with a tree that needed to be cut down immediately and Alexander's made sure to come out immediately and made the tree safe, which I deeply appreciated. Unfortunately, I think due to the last-minute notice of the job, the workers left all the wood scattered around both my yard and my neighbor's yard. When we complained, Alexander's was very apologetic but my husband and neighbor had cleaned it up and removed most of it by the time Alexander's had come back to finish the job. When the workers did come to remove the rest of the tree at the scheduled time, the crew was very professional and I was very happy with their work.

Very happy with their work, and would definately use them again. We had gotten a previous estimate from someone else that was more than twice what they charged.

They were very neat and  you can not tell were the trees existed.

They are always prompt and always do a good job. They are very polite. I have used them for about 10 years.
