They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Did have a problem with furnace after they left - part was bad from factory. They came to repair as soon as possible.

Tom is awesome. He is a very nice guy and we are very comfortable having him in our home. He is reasonably priced, honest and explains everything. He does not try to oversell you.
