From what I remember they made a subjection that actually saved me money. That was great for.

The job was for tenants of ours, so had to be done that day. At first was told they were not available until next day, so I said I would call another company. Was contacted pretty quickly by them after hanging up saying they would be right over, this was after I had another company come right away. I had Eckstein and Shane do the job and they did good work. Have not had any problems with it since.

We had an emergency plumbing issue on Saturday afternoon, and I remembered that we have a 1 year home warranty. I called our provider, and they connected us with Eckstein and Shane. My wife was scheduled for induced labor on Monday, and we really needed the plumbing fixed. They came out on Sunday morning and took care of us. The owner couldn't have been nicer, and he did a great job. I will go to them for future plumbing needs.

our toilet wouldn't flush. This went on for 2 months. I had tried everything and 2 other plumbers. I called eckstien and shane and thery were there in 2 hours. They used water and air to clean the sewer line. In 30 minutes the toilet flushed and to date has been working great. They were clean, professional and got the joe done. I will never use anyone else.
