Mark Crosby visited my house and later sent me an estimate to eradicate a Lilly Pad infestation. Based on this I hired him to come out and spray. When he came he sprayed for about 15 minutes and said he would check back in 2 weeks to see if he needed to spray more. The two weeks came and went. The first spraying had little effect, killing maybe 10 - 15%. I never saw or heard from Mark again, so I followed up multiple times to let him know the treatment did not work. Mark replied that, with the rains we were having, it was likely a second treatment was needed. He never came out. In September, Mark answered that he would be out that week, but never came. In October he said he would be out after the rain. It is now November, we have already had frosts. It is too late to spray.
In summary. I paid $150 for a treatment and got no results. Mark Crosby did not perform the promised checkup and there was no communication from him about it. When I brought the lack of results to Mark Crosby's attention multiple times, he sent a reply and then forgot about it. He never finished the job or took any effort make things right.
