"Thank you for the review! Although this project did take longer than expected, it was started in May and completed in October which is a typical 4-5 month window for special order imported stones. We usually make folks aware of this lead time when considering a special order piece from overseas, but I certainly apologize if we did not do that. I did have fun working on this project with you. I remember ya'll had been a couple other places, and you were having trouble finding the right bench for the right price. I remember drafting a design from scratch to meet the budget you had specified, and I thought it turned out great! We were very happy with the stone. So much so, I have since bought more of this style of bench, and have carved them for other families looking for a unique bench design . . . so thank you for that! Anyhow, I do apologize for any unexpected delays or lack of information when deciding on this stone. I hope ya'll are as happy with the stone as I am!"
