They did a great job planting our trees. I watered the trees like I was supposed to, but the trees were dying within 6 - 7 months. I was given a years guarantee so for two months I tried to get a hold of Dave from this company, who was my contact, but I wasn't able to. Finally he answered and told me he had had surgery the previous week so he told me he would come out the following week to look at the trees. This was in September when I finally got a hold of him. After that, I called probably 5 times, left messages, even threatening to take action, but he just never returned my call. I would have even been happy if he had just replaced the expensive tree out front.
