THESE GUYS ARE SO EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY REASONABLE ON THEIR PRICES. TWO PEOPLE ARRIVED HERE AND THEY FIXED MY IGNITER ON THE FURNACE AND CLEANED BOTH OF MY FURNACES. THEY WERE HERE FOR PROBABLY 45 MINUTES. THEY CHARGED ME $68 IN LABOR INCLUDING THE SERVICE CALL CHARGE FOR DOING THE WORK ON A SATURDAY (FOR 2 PEOPLE X 45 MINUTES) AND $58 FOR THE PART THEY REPLACED. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER HAVE ANY CONCERN OF BEING OVERCHARGED. THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT AND REASONABLE IN THEIR PRICES. I WILL USE THEM FOR ALL OF MY HEATING AND A/C NEEDS IN THE FUTURE.

OUR HEAT WENT OUT ONE NIGHT AND WE HAD A 24 HOUR SERVICE RESPOND AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST $700. THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED DON''S PLUMBING & HEATING TO GET A SECOND OPINION AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN AN HOUR AND REPLACED THE BROKEN PART WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF ARRIVAL AND ONLY CHARGED ME $228 PARTS AND LABOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND PROFESSIONALISM TO EVERYONE. THE POINT I WANT TO MAKE IS THAT THEY ARE HONEST AND HAVE A LOT OF INTEGRITY.
