Dishonest and disappointing. I called Jim Hamed and set the appointment, based on a $38-per-room offer, and primarily because of the stain you see in the photo. Servando and his technician came in. First, he said that one of the two rooms was oversized and would be double the price. He said he saw animal stains (with uv light). What I expected to be a $125 job turned out to be $290. Yet, when they were done, the stain remained. I notified Jim immediately. He said he would have them return and redo the stain without further charge. When Servando called for the return appointment, he said "we cannot remove that because it is a water stain." He says he had told me so before, and it was clear he was disinterested in returning to my house to redo the stain. I protested, and argued that Jim promised the job would be done to my satisfaction. Servando and his technician returned. He insisted he told me that the stain could not be removed. I said to him that while I would not accuse him of not telling me that, that it was quite possible he meant to say so, but did not; as well it may have been said but I missed it. I said, however, that had I clearly heard that, I would have discontinued the job even before they started, since the stain was the ONLY visible reason I wanted the carpet cleaned. Then, the story changed. Servando said the stain COULD be removed (which I researched myself; so I was already annoyed that he was being dishonest with me); but he said I would have to pay him for that. I protested saying why would I pay you to clean my carpet, only for you to leave a stain, and then for me to PAY YOU to do it again? When he repeated that he would not do the job unless I paid more and again, I felt cheated, frustrated, and became reasonably angry and told him straight up that this was BS. (Any reasonable person can hear the cheat: first, it was, we did not clean it because it's impossible to move, because it is a water stain. Then it became, second, we could move it, but it will cost you more, because we will have to flood it and extract it) Servando said he was disrespected and turned and left. He may feel disrespected, but I feel and AM cheated. So after shelling out nearly $300, I still have a stain that no respectable company that calls itself a carpet cleaning establishment should be proud to leave behind. There is no reasonable person on earth who would disagree that I was just subjected to BS. Any person who changes his tune like this fellow did and is disinterested in giving the customer satisfaction, should get out of the business if he is so snowflakey as to feel disrespected; when the customer calls him out on his BS. People who know me would be surprised to hear that I said this to someone. They will also know that I had to feel extremely frustrated to say so. I should have gone down to a well-known store, rented a carpet shampooer, and done the job myself. Today, unfortunately, COIT became to me, NO-IT.

They were very good did all we asked and then some. Great people , work was excellent

Bad. Came back twice to reclean and paint baseboards. Carpets still smell and grout on tile is still dirty.

Just took one hour. On phone was told would dry quickly. They left saying 4 hours (from 1 pm). Was not completely dry next day, especially bedroom which wasn't completely dry til second day. Most cleaning was good. Bedroom not as good. Furniture was not completely dry next day. Very inconvenient. Was not happy because before I hired I asked about drying time. Certainly didn't get 4 hours. Had someone come to put lamps and tables back so had to put protection under legs.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, OVERALL.

WOULD RECOMMEND. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL.

THEY CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED. THEY SPENT MUCH MORE TIME THAN ANTICIPATED BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS WITH OUR DUCT WORK. CHRIS POINTED OUT PROBLEMS NO ONE ELSE HAD EVER TAKEN THE TIME TO. THEY WERE CAREFUL TO KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN AND THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND WITH MINIMUM DISRUPTION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

DON'T USE THEIR WEBSITE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. CALL THE COMPANY DIRECTLY TO SCHEDULE.

JASON AND HIS HELPER DID EXCELLENT WORK. JASON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS JOB AND EXPLAINED A LOT OF THINGS THAT WE DIDN'T REALLY UNDERSTAND. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY WERE GOING TO BE RUNNING A LITTLE LATE BUT CALLED BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME. WHENEVER I NEED MY DUCTS CLEANED, I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

FULL PAYMENT AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. NO ADVANCE "DOWN PAYMENT" WAS REQUIRED.

I AM NOT WILLING TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE AND AM RECEIVING LETTERS INDICATING LEGAL ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AGAINST ME.

I THINK THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE SUPERVISOR AND THE WORKERS IS LACKING AND UNORGANIZED. WEVE LOST A LOT OF TIME BECAUSE THEY KEEP HAVING TO GO BACK AND DO THINGS OVER. THEYVE BEEN VERY NICE ABOUT LISTENING TO ME HOWEVER I DONT REALLY GET ANY RESPONSE AS FAR AS THEM ACTUALLY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THEY GIVE EXCUSES. THEY PROMISED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE IN 2 WEEKS, ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS, THAT IS NOT REASONABLE. THEY DONT LOCK THE HOUSE UP WHEN THEY LEAVE. THEY HAVE LEFT THINGS OUT IN THE RAIN. THEY CONTINUE TO STRING ME ALONG AND PROMISE ME. HE SAID 4TH OF JULY, NOW HE IS SAYING AN ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS. IM PAYING $16,000 FOR THIS WORK, I EXPECT QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION.

JASON WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, & VERY FRIENDLY. JASON GAVE MY HUSBAND SOME SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO ELIMINATE MORE DUST IN OUR HEATING/COOLING SYSTEM. JASON DID A THOROUGH JOB, & WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HAVE HIM BACK IN OUR HOME AGAIN. JASON WAS A 'BREATH OF FRESH AIR' WHEN COMPARED TO SOME OF THE INCOMPETENT WORKERS THAT SEEM TO BE SO PREVALENT THESE DAYS. IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE OUR CLEANING & WE NOTICE THE DUST IN OUR HOME TO BE CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN BEFORE.

I'M VERY PICKY, BUT WAS QUITE IMPRESSED. THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM THEY WERE ARRIVING ON TIME. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

THEY WERE GOOD IN EVERY WAY, JUST EXCELLENT!

THE CARPET WAS EXTREMELY SOILED AND HAD BEEN FOR YEARS. THEY DID THE BEST JOB THAT ANYONE COULD HAVE DONE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

THE FIRST VISIT-- 8/01 WAS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. WE WERE JUST MOVING IN TO THIS HOUSE. THE PREVIOUS OWNERS LEFT THE CARPET A TERRIBLE MESS. COIT SAVED US FROM A NIGHTMARE.

VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS ACTUALLY SHOWED UP HALF HOUR EARLY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

DID NOT REMOVE A COUPLE OF SMALL STAINS THAT WERE POINTED OUT BEFORE THEY BEGAN THE WORK, BUT DIDN`T NOTICE THEM UNTIL AFTER THEY WERE GONE.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE DUE TO COME OUT TO CONFIRM AND GIVE ME NOTICE THAT THEY MIGHT BE ARRIVING EARLY. THE SERVICEMAN CALLED ME THE MORNING OF TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS AND TELL ME WHAT TIME HE WOULD BE HERE. HE WAS RINGING MY DOORBELL THE EXACT TIME HE SAID HE WOULD. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE, POLITE AND HELPFUL WITH FUTURE HINTS. HE TRIED TO SAVE ME MONEY. I WAS AS IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICEMAN AS I WAS THE COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

IT BEATS RENTING A $20 RENTAL AND SPENDING THE DAY DOING IT MYSELF. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB. THE RESULTS ARE PROOF OF A JOB WELL DONE.

THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB. THEY WERE OUT BEFORE NOON ON A SUNDAY. THEY EXTRACTED ALL OF THE WATER. THEY PULLED UP ALL OF THE PADDING AND CARPETING IN THREE ROOMS AND DISPOSED OF IT. THE BASEMENT WAS SO FLOODED IT TOOK 7 DAYS FOR IT TO DRY OUT. THEY CAME BACK ON A DAILY BASIS TO MONITOR HOW THE DRYING PROCESS WAS GOING. THEY REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US. THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.
