They are wonderful. They custom build all their cabinets which are the top of the line. The quality is excellent and the finish still looks brand new. I would definitely use them again in the future. They are best and very detailed oriented. The people to work with are great. It was a very pleasant experience.

They are top of the line. They are the nicest people to work with. They are timely and everything went as smooth as smooth can be. The cabinets are beautiful. Their customer service is great. They are very accommodating and they were here a week early. They live right up to their reputation.

BEAUTIFUL CABINETRY- FINE FURNITURE IN THE KITCHEN! THERE WERE SOME CURIOUS FLAWS WHEN THE CABINETS WERE INITIALLY INSTALLED (WE'LL NEVER KNOW IF IT WAS A PRODUCTION PROBLEM OR AN INSTALLATION PROBLEM). WHILE WE INITIALLY HAD DIFFICULTIES GETTING PROBLEMS CORRECTED WHEN WE WORKED THROUGH REESE KITCHENS, ONCE WE GOT TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH NICHOLS, OUR DIFFICULTIES MELTED AWAY. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, FAST, AND EXCELLENT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THEIR WORK HAS BEEN A BEAUTIFUL ADDITION TO OUR HOUSE.
