It went fine. He did a wonderful job. He mixed the color so it would match the sinks and did a great job of it. We were very impressed.

See above. I certainly felt for my inconvenience, the work should have been discounted some. The only relief was the reimbursement for the time my contractor had to spend repairing Mr. Cooper's goofs. I was told that Mr. Cooper was having some health problems, and I am sorry for that, but those who contract with the public have an obligation. Mrs. Cooper and her son did make a valiant effort to make things right, and the cabinets do look so much better than they did. However, my two week remodel turned into a 4 1/2 week remodel, inconveniencing me and my contractor. I certainly hope my experience was the exception, not the rule. It has taken me several months to decide to put this information out there because I believe they are good people and their intentions were good. Nevertheless, it was not a great experience - at best it was a C/C- experience.

Once my son and I realized the problem, we jumped in and did our best to fix everything. I felt so bad for the time you lost but I could not fix that. I thank you for allowing us to come back into your home and finishing the project. My son and I felt that your cabinets looked great when we finished. When my son left your house the final time, he said he thought he had taken care of all the touchups requested and he thought that you were pleased with the cabinets also. We are sorry you were done, but we can not fix something if we do not know about it. Some minor touchups can also be made worse trying to fix them but we would have tried if we thought they were going to continue to bother you. Estimate performed by Mr and Mrs Cooper. On the first day had several family members do the prep work, and tape off and protect surrounding areas such as walls, and floor surfaces. Most the work at my home on the following days was performed by their son, Aaron, who was always on time and took his time to do a good job. Price was fair, and end result looked very good. Benefit of going this route is to not have to tear out all counter tops, and cabinents which would cost more then double to do. Good way to freshen up the look of your existing kitchen. I do suggest having a new counter top installed prior, this way the kitchen will have a brand new look. I had aack splash installed after they did the intitial cabinent refacing, which complimented the new look. Product does take a couple weeks to fully cure, so be careful not to be rough on the finish the first weeks. Honest and hard working crew, all family run operation. Plan on having more work done on furniture in the future, would recommend.

It did take longer then originally estimated to finish the job. We had the cabinets painted white and the island done to look like walnut. The work is very impressive and we are extremely pleased with the results.

The process was much easier than I had anticipated. Cabinets did not even have to be completely emptied because they put cardboard/tape right behind the inset. Sunrise was so professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. I could not be happier with my new kitchen.

Cooper's Counter and Tub Refinishing had good service and they did a fine job. I got two or three estimates and just happened to pick them because they were handing wise; when the workers were here so, they contracted. Everything worked out fine and I haven't had any problems.

The process was easy and came out beautifully. The doors were removed and
taken to Sunrise Cabinet Finishes shop. The cabinet shells, inside and out were
deglazed and spray painted in the cream finish. The doors took a few weeks, as
they had a cross-hatching design scored into the face of the doors that I wanted
removed. After cleaning and sanding, the doors were refinished to a perfect match.

Was recommended by a local counter fabricating shop. Gave estimate on the phone after we discussed the nature of the repair. He could have repaired the blistered section of the end cap but it was my choice and preference to have it replaced. Said he would be here between 10 and 11 and he arrived at 9:59. I love punctuality! Quickly completed the tasks in just over an hour. I could see where he repaired/color-matched the scorched section but I challenge anyone else to notice it. He cleaned up completely, including a good job of the cleaning up the dust from the router.

The work was very quick and he did a good job protecting other areas of the house from fumes and product. The end result was quite nice. He also does a good job explaining the proper way to care for the new surface. When we noticed a couple of minor rough spots he came back and fixed those areas. He was very prompt with the initial job but it took a while to work out the second visit.
