The entire process was a breeze! Vicky has been in the business for years and you can't beat using a Realtor like her that has so much knowledge of the market. She was on top of everything from our pre-approval with the Lender right to the closing. Our house is absolutely gorgeous and I am so thankful and lucky to be able to work with the BEST agent in the market!

Vicky is amazing!!  She is ahead of the game from the minute you are thinking about selling ........and when you are going to buy a new house .......she researches the house you like and makes sure that it turns into the home that you love!!!  I have worked with a few different realtors, but no one as amazing as Vicky!  The market today is a little crazy, but Vicky is on top of it all!!!  She is the BEST realtor in Hendricks county!!!!

Vicky is amazing. She has been our realtor for 28 years. Have bought 4 homes from her. She has sold all 3 as we have moved on. The best is the one she listed and sold within 24 hrs. Last year we decided to move out of the area. Again we call Vicky. After all the paper work is done and signed. The house is sold in one week. Vicky works very hard for her clients and will give 110% on both sides. She is not only our realtor she is our friend. :)

Vicky has held our hand from the moment that we thought about putting our home on the market till the day that we closed.  The first time that she came out to our house, she walked us through, room by room, and went over every detail of what we needed to do or change.  After following her advice, we had an offer within the 1st week we put the house on the market.  Although, that offer did not work out within a few weeks we had another 3 offers!!  We sold the house almost at our asking price!!  She is AMAZING!!  If you are thinking about buying or selling a home ......you NEED TO CALL VICKY PETERS 317-745-1212!!

We contacted Vicky in the spring of 2012 about possibly selling our home. We listed with her in late July and got an offer in late September. We were able to search for a new home while the house was listed and she helped us narrow our search and find the right house for us. She was always available and made the whole process easy. She did a good job of negotiating the price for our old home as well as the new place, and was very accurate about what we could expect to pay and how negotiations would go. We will be using her again any time we have a property to buy or sell.

Vicky is an excellent real estate agent. She was able to answer all our questions. She is a FULL-TIME real estate agent, so she was available when we needed her. She has over 20 years experience, and is efficient and knowledgable. I highly recommend Vicky if you are looking for a real estate agent!
