He did a terrific job! He added disinfectant to the cleaner and left the carpets and chair looking and smelling great. I wanted this company because they do a deep cleaning and take away the dirty water - no dumping in your plumbing. Liked that he was in Hendricks County, and thought the price was very reasonable. He squeezed me in between some very cold days with little notice. Very nice person.

Darian was very professional. He returned our call promptly and within a week our rug was clean. He did an excellent job and because our rug was fairly small, even provided added services at no extra charge. We would definitely use Town and Country again.

They did an excellent job. Were very courteous and congenial. Got right to work and took care to protect wood floor from water, etc.. Left everything in order, and left clear instructions about drying time and how to rearrange seat cushions to that all sides would have plenty of air circulation. Couch dried beautifully---as they said. I was very comfortable having them in my home, and my couch looks bright and fresh.

Town and Country Carpet does a great job. The employees are pleasant, polite and clean. I have never had a problem with them and have been using them every 6 months for the past 5 years. I would highly recommend them.

Darren owns the company and does the work. He does an excellent job. He's pleasant, clean, and very efficient. The carpet looks great when he is done. He is good to work with and I have used him several times. I have recommended him to my neighbors and friends.

I first hired him for the work after he was referred to me by a friend. Darian did perfectly fine with the job. I feel that his price is more than reasonable. He even had me come and look at his work when his was complete to ensure that I was happy with it. My hallway gets a lot of traffic and it was not in the greatest shape. He cleaned it up well and did a great job!

I have been using their services every six months for about seven years. It is always simple to schedule an appointment and he is very accommodating to last minute requests. I have used other service providers and Darien just does a really good job. He is always there when he says he is going to be, is a great guy, and is very professional.

I have used their services every six months for about five years. Darian, the owner, sends me a letter when I am due. When I call him, he is either able to come that day or sometime in that week. He cleans well and he is trustworthy. I can leave him in my home alone and I know that he will lock the door. They are great!

He does an excellent job. I have no dislikes about him at all. He just comes in and does his thing, and I kind of just wait around. He has never tried to sell me anything. Matter of fact, I even, at one point, left him on his own; I trusted him enough to leave the house until he was done. My carpets are 14 years old and they are still of age, and I have four kids and a dog. So, he does an excellent job with stains and is very thorough.

I have been using Town and Country for the past three years and am very happy with them and am planning on using them in the future. They are punctual, polite, on time, clean up after themselves and do a good job cleaning. I even had a lipstick stain on a white carpet that they removed. Overall, one of the best companies I have ever worked with.

I chose them because I was in a bind. I had something that needed to be dealt with immediately. It was at the end of the day, and they came after the last scheduled job. They were very helpful. The results of the cleaning were excellent.
