Bought my very first mattress from The Mattress Guys yesterday and I have to say it was a great experience! Andy greeted us as we walked in and was wonderful at helping me find a bed that suited my wants and needs. I came out of there with not only a great deal on an awesome bed, but he also threw in two amazing pillows for free, because that's the kind of guy he is. The Mattress Guys in Avon were EXCELLENT!! I purchased the bed on a Friday, and it was delivered on Wednesday! I was so pleased with such quick service. My entire experience was smooth. The owner made it super awesome, was very matter of fact, and extremely helpful. I purchased the Bed Boss mattress and it is amazing! I would definitely recommend purchasing from The Mattress Guys!

This is one of those rare finds in business today. An honest, professional, experienced, knowledgeable owner who listens and asks questions, and gives honest advice. No salesman in his blood. I first went in and just told him I wanted to try out some beds and would get back to him. I laid on every bed in the store almost, and after about fifteen minutes he finally asked if I was ready for any assistance, which I was. I am 53 years old and a business owner, and have had my bad share of being 'sold' bad products and services over the years, including beds at the chain stores. Andy (owner) spent over an hour with me listening, asking the right questions, and giving advice when appropriate. I cannot imagine anyone being more knowledgeable about beds or more experienced. In short, he is the only person I will ever go to about beds as long as he is around! Cannot overstate his knowledge and integrity, and I didn't even mention the best prices around apples for apples. He made a bed for us, and we ordered a Bed Boss line he carries for our friends.
