"Thank you for your kind words and providing a review for the shop:) Please do not underestimate speed with lack of quality or repair. (don't forget you get a lifetime warranty covering any defects the replacement screen) We have screens for certain phones prepped so you don't have to wait as long! A metaphor I commonly use: It is similar to going to get your damaged tire repiared and they already have a perfect replica tire on a wheel, so all they do is take one off and put the exact replica on. Then when you leave and there is down time, they fix and replace the damaged tire and have it prepped for another customer :) (efficiency is key in this business) I Hope you enjoyed your visit and spread the word of our little shop. During the repair I had time to chat with Ruben and Brittany, both of whom were pleasant and conversational about the shop, its goods and the types of services they offer. I was pleased to find out that they are willing to purchase used iPhones, which I may take them up on in the near future.
It was overall a very satisfying experience and I would not hesitate to return to this business. I hope I do not need another iPhone screen repair, but if I do I'll be taking my business to The iShop.

A few months ago, my daughter damaged her Iphone5. Since it was not under factory warranty and she did not have insurance, replacement of the phone was not a good option. We took the phone the IShop. I have found that customer service is often and quot;lackingand quot; in the phone stores and tech centers. This was not the case. Josh is VERY pleasant and knowledgeable.
Josh replaced the screen for a fraction of the cost of a new or refurbished phone. However, the screen did develop a few issues over the course of a few months. When I returned to have the phone repaired again, it was still under warranty! No questions asked. How often does that happen at the phone stores? He also repaired the earpiece while the phone was open and did not charge for that either.
I find that the professional, courteous service provided by the employees at the IShop is a breath of fresh air. Not something that is usually encountered in today's business world.
I will continue to trust the IShop with all of our cellular devices, (we currently have 6), and I would recommend them to anybody that is having an issue with their device.
