Went really great. Managed to wiggle through a very tight spot to get to the stump then created various props and ramps to get the machine in position to get as much of the stump as possible. A contractor I know referred Bowman Boys and called them this morning on my behalf. A couple hours later, they arrived, gave me the estimate, and I gave them the go-ahead. They could not have been more friendly or polite and performed the work very quickly (about 20 minutes). They were very careful about protecting my lawn and landscaping. I wish every contractor was this responsive and easy to work with!

I contacted Adam for a quote and he happened to have someone in the area the same day. The stump was between the house and the underground septic tank so I wanted someone with great reviews and experience. We discussed the situation, and the price. Great job done. I will use them again, and recommend to my neighbors.

,We received an estimate on a Wednesday, and the work was performed that following Monday - a very quick turn around time. The Bowman Boys crew did an excellent job of removing 8 spruce trees and 9 tree stumps. They also did an excellent clean up job, removing all of the pine needles, some of the larger pieces of wood chips and leveling off the area. They did an excellent job at an excellent price. I will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises, and I highly recommend them.

Bowman was great! The stump in the front yard was encircled by a low landscaping brick wall filled with flowers and the stump itself was covered by a bird bath. They carefully disassembled the wall, uncovered the stump, ground it down, removed the debris, and put everything back. You can't even tell they were there. It was a tight fit getting the stump grinder through our gate and into the courtyard, but they carefully maneuvered it in and were able to neatly grind down the second stump and clean up the resulting debris. This was well worth the money. It was going to cost us $75+ rent a stump grinder for four hours, plus we would have had to find transportation for such a heavy piece of machinery in addition to actually doing the work and cleanup ourselves. It went exceptionally well. I sent an email requesting a quote and was notified within 24 hours. The work was completed as quoted and they even went above and beyond and took care of a stump for us. I would most certainly call on them again and I?ve already recommended them to two other people. Their work ethic is nostalgic of the days past and it?s nice to find companies that value customers and stand by their namesake.

Adam and the rest of the Bowman boys were very professional. Adam came by the house yesterday to give an estimate. We were able to negotiate a great deal and he was even able to eques me into his schedule the next day. I came home from work and there was an army of four cleaning up. It looks great! The Bowman Boys are to landscaping as a good barber is to a great haircut. Some amateurs just slash and burn, but the Bowman Boys are quick, precise, and attentive to details. I felt that they took care of my yard as if it were their own. I look forward to hiring them again!

Missed a few of the small stumps amid the ivy in the back yard on the first go-around. I marked the stumps, called, and they came out the very next day (Saturday) and corrected the error. Everything was removed well below ground level and they left the area neatly raked. I'd definitely hire them again.

I contacted the Bowman Brothers via email, providing them a description of what I needed done and requested a quote. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email the very next day. Within 2 days I received a call along with their quote. (I contacted other service provides at the same time as the Bowman Brothers and received zero responses) I appreciate how quickly the Bowman Brothers responded to my request, their professionalism, and the work they did. I would definitely use them again and would certainly recommend their services.

The Bowman Boys rock!!! We didn't know how much it would cost to have the stump ground or whom to call for this service. We appreciate they sought us out and offered the service at a very reasonable rate. Thankfully we don't have any more trees that need to be removed but we would highly recommend them. After arranging a convenient time by phone, crew arrived and we discussed details for 3 large privet bush excavations. Although I required a larger-than -expected area to be excavated in order to remove roots that could otherwise regrow, the crew worked with my requests and were thorough in removing all bushes, roots, & soil, leaving big holes as I requested for later plantings. It was easy to see that the quoted fee was well below the value of the hard work completed by the crew, but they did not charge more than we originally discussed. It was my choice to pay them a price that I hope was fair. They were polite and energetic throughout the hard work, it was a pleasure to have them here. I appreciated Angie's specific search check "eco friendly" that helped me find this provider.

Joey and David arrived on time with the big diesel grinder. the three Locust stumps were pretty big. Diameters: 4 feet, 3.5 feet and 3.5 feet. The stumps were in the front yard so they were able to move the grinder in easily. Since it was close to the house they put up a screen to protect the windows from flying ground-up root. The big machine did a thorough job. Having the correct machine with plenty of power made all the difference. Grind - Cleanup - done. Great Job - Thanks...
