Very well. The price was much lower than a competing quote, and the service was much faster. From pickup to delivery was less than three weeks. The pieces look great! In addition to the basic job, he added foam to the seat cushion and ottoman as well as replacing rollers for the ottoman. He explained to me how he looked for replacement rollers and why he chose the ones he did (keeping in mind what would work best for me, not what was cheapest). I'm very pleased.
