Supreme Property Management

Supreme Property Management started strong, but did not come through when it mattered. My wife and I relocated to Indianapolis, and rented a three bedroom unit in Fountain Square. The apartment was priced higher than the market rate, paying $1795 per month. After the lease signing and move-in inspection, and promises of good customer service, Supreme Property Management became an adversarial landlord. Despite paying our rent on-time each month, and taking care of the property, maintenance issues where never resolved. A drain pipe to the first floor toilet began leaking, shingles fell off the room, the AC unit stopped working, the hot water heater had bacteria resulting in an egg odor, and the promised installation of grass in the backyard was never complete. Out of necessity, I repaired some of the health hazard issues myself, and after being promised in writing that I would receive a refund for the materials, it never came. We ended up terminating our lease early, only three months into the term. We paid the full amount to end the lease (3 months rent plus a $750 marketing fee) but did not get our full security deposit back. They claimed that the unit was not cleaned and that pre-existing damage to the exterior of the garage was our fault. In short, Supreme failed to care for its residents, and failed to care for the property.
