It was wonderful! They were on time, very polite and did a good job.

He lied about being on Angie's List. He charged me for diagnostics which he should not have because we told him what needed to be done. He charged a $49 diagnostic fee on top of $105 for labor. The price for labor was too high. He took my card to charge the fee, and about a week later we got a bill saying it had not been paid. He is a crook and I would never do service with him again.

He fixed the toilet but the cost was outrageous and I felt taken advantage of.

7/11/14  had work done to convert an electric dryer to a gas dryer and asked for an estimate to fix the plumbing in the kitchen  drain and pipes in the basement.  MY Fault I told  them I had a budget of $ 2000.00 and magically that was the estimate w/o an itemized bill.  Lesson learn - shhhhhh  
Plumbers:
First day --2service repair men showed up for about 2 hrs  not sure what they did!
Second day- same 2 service repair men showed up  2- 4 hrs   
I asked for an itemized bill for what they did and I got   the same estimate I got from the service  repair man that converted my electric dryer to a gas dryer  on 7/11/14 who with another service repair man  who spent probably 3 hrs converting the dryer. I got an itemized bill from them including labor and what they did.
I thought when the service repair men (dryer guys)  went back to the office and told them what I needed done they would present me with a itemized estimate.  
Now we have no kitchen water and it took them about 5 days to come fix the plumbing, still no itemized bill , ( my fault) I should have called another plumber.
I did pay the $2000 for the work was done, even though I did not get an itemized bill.  I even called the manager the same day and he said he would look into it.  I told him all I wanted was a itemized bill of what they did  and he said he would get it for me.  Between my husband and I we called 4 times and still no itemized bill  as of today.
I want an invoice listing  Labor and Materials used ;; labor/an hour ,what kind of pipe used , what did they replace the cast iron and galve drain with, what size pipe and how many feet they install.   I can see what they did , I want it in writing.
They even put the wrong date on the invoice for the plumbing,  they put the date the guys were here to convert the dryer.

The work done was neat and they did  cleaned up,  we have to sheet rock the ceiling which we understood. I  paid for the work done and now I want an itemized bill.  We are  starting to remodel one bathroom  and have another to do, need I say more

Determined that the gas company did not install the proper manifold for our designed system and the furnace and water heater were fighting each other for gas. In turn directed me to call the utility company and my problem was resolved!!

I got home from vacation to find my basement flooded.  I needed a plumber ASAP the following day to look at my sump pump, diagnose and replace so that my restoration company could clear the water.  We called a few plumbing companies but Bill Stokes Plumbing said they would be able to send someone out the same day. (Only company who was able to help me in such a short amount of time) Technician was at my house within an hour or so.  He did a great job, my sump pump is working now as he replaced it, and my basement is starting to look like normal.  I appreciate their fast response and Tammy even called to follow up on my experience.  I do need to call her back as well!

They were very friendly and courteous. They took the time to explain the removal and installation of the new hot water heater. They even let me know they had a $50 discount posted on their website which I was able to use after the work had already started.  

I got several estimates. They were very good and quick. They were in and out with no problems. I hardly had to miss an hour of work. I was trying to get it done as quickly and cheaply as I could. They had the best price for the water heater and they were able to come out the next day. I went with the price on this one. I had no problems at all. I would absolutely use them in the future.

It was very quick. He was in and out and done pretty quick. Our crawl space no longer leaks. I thought it was a little expensive for the little time he was here and the little things he had to do. They were late getting here and didn't call. He was very nice.

THE WORKER ARRIVED AT 8:30 AM AS PLANNED. HE ASSESSED THE COST OF THE JOB AND CALLED TO THE COMPANY TO ASK HOW MUCH TO CHARGE I AGREED TO THAT, THE WORKER LEFT TO BUY THE ITEMS NEEDED FOR THE WORK AND RETURNED IN GOOD TIME AND HOOKED UP THE SYSTEM.

WE REFER THEM TO EVERYONE. THEY SOLVE PROBLEMS FOR US, AND ARE VERY REASONABLE AND RELIABLE.

THE PLUMBER WAS VERY TIMELY AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, NEITHER OF THE ISSUES THAT THEY WERE CALLED TO FIX WERE REMEDIED AND I HAD A ''HEFTY'' BILL TO BOOT FOR NOT HAVING ANY RESOLUTION.

THE COMPANY ACCOMMODATED OUR SCHEDULE. THE SERVICEMEN WERE PUNCTUAL, POLITE, EFFICIENT AND LEFT THE SITE CLEAN.
