The plumber, Rudy, improperly diagnosed an issue with a leaking pipe; incorrectly cleaned my water heater (which then caused me to pay $100 to fix his work); said he was too large to fix a leak in a pipe that I had requested; and conversed about his family issues far longer than he did work. When the problems were brought up to Snappy, they said they would send someone out at a time that works best for us. When given that time, they replied that they weren't available for several weeks after the time that worked best for us. I'm understanding the two star review on Yelp now

Even though the job was completed there was way too many issues to leave a good review. They told us it would only take about a week to finish yet, it took over three. We paid a deposit to secure our spot for the job but they had us pay in full before they finished only to threat us by not completing the rest of the job if they didn't get paid in full while working midway. We paid them in full and then we didn't have water for half a day. Eventually they got it fixed but it took way to long to do it. They left such a mess outside due to excavating. I contact them for questions or clean up but they do not respond. However, when it came to paying halfway through the job they would call very late at night to bother for payment.

Sewage workHorrible they left a mess in our field in backyard we called to see if they could clean up and they refused my husband had to end up cleaning the mess up I will never use them again

I have used Snappy Services as a sub-contractor for about 8 months. They have been quick to respond to jobs and usually work is performed well, which helps justify their higher prices. The problem is when the job does not go well, there is little accountability and a poor attitude toward the customer. They argue rather than solve the issue. I am a professional in the field with 18 years experience.

Snappy was AMAZING. The technician called me 30 minutes prior to arriving at my home to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he was very polite, introduced himself and inquired about my concerns. The technician worked very diligently on unclogging my main line and after a short time was successful and everything was back up and running again. The technician was not only polite and courteous to me but also to my home. He cleaned up any messes he made and left with a handshake.

I called in the morning and was given a timeslot of 10-12pm, the technician was at my house at 10 on the dot! He was able to get my lines opened up in about 40 minutes. Snappy Services even ran a camera through my main line to get a visual inspection of everything. I am very impressed with this company! I will definitely be using them in the future!

Terrible. They would charge for work they didn't do, and over charge for the work they did do. I now have multiple contractors going behind their work to fix issues.

"Wow! I am sorry that the staff at Dorfman is utilizing this method of communication to harass our business further. Apparently they are in a financial crisis and do not have the funds available to pay their bills for maintenance on properties that they manage. Ironically, this review appeared right after we told them that we were planning on moving forward with litigation to get these issues settled. Hopefully they get things worked out internally, so that they will not need to utilize such methods to try and negatively impact other honest, hardworking businesses."
