RUE de FLEURS

First call placed to advise we had a delivery was made late morning. I was told they would deliver "sometime within the next hour or so." I waited for the delivery, but another call came instead that said they would be there around 3-4 pm. They did deliver around 2. After I received the delivery, I noticed there were no care instructions. I was not sure what it was because the few flowers there were did not seem to be doing well. I called the florist to find out how to care for the item. An answering machine picked up so I left a message explaining I needed a call back providing care instructions. No call back so I called again, left another message. It has been over a week and still no call. The plant was obviously not the kind of quality the sender would have intended (she is very generous and thoughtful) and now it is nearly dead. When the sender arrives in a few days I will be unable to show her the plant she sent because it will surely be a distant memory.

The arrangements were beautiful and creative. The flowers used were very high quality and held up well. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
