Mike at Indy Rebate Real Estate did an outstanding job for us when we were looking for a home. He was very responsive to voice mails and e-mails. He worked hard to set up multiple showings, a few times these were done at the last minute. After we found a house we loved, there were a few issues discovered during the inspection. Once again, Mike worked with us and the sellers Realtor to get these issues resolved so we could close on time, including doing multiple inspection responses in a professional and timely manner, pulling together a list of contractors to get estimates from, and working to confirm all of the work had been done and paid for. Without his dedication and hard work, the close would have been pushed back indefinitely. We would recommend Mike to anyone who was looking for a Realtor.
