 + 4 moreJob 1: Randy was on time, always polite and professional. His work is outstanding and we will definitely use his services again! Job 2: Excellent. This guy is remarkable. His all-around knowledge and abilities put him far above anyone else we've ever used. We totally trust him in our home. He's always on time, easy to work with and professional. We cannot say enough good things about him.
Description of Work: Job 1: Replaced soffit vents; drilled drainage holes in retaining wall; repaired and painted rotted wood siding on garage, column bases, trim boards, and gutter boards; repaired hose bib; added a shut-off valve to gas line; installed outside vents for two baths; repaired a toilet; and installed new ice maker line, which required fishing the line under existing flooring ($1,700). Job 2: Randy moved our wooden playground set within our backyard; removed large shrubs; replaced all of the screens in our back porch and replaced some rotted wood sills; installed 2 digital timers for our outside lights; installed some new outside lights for our garage, patio, and side doors; replaced 3 recessed ceiling lights; repaired the garage ceiling, which had water damage; and installed dimmer switches ($1,244).
