I paid him $240 for the job. He was worth every penny that I paid him. I liked him a lot. I had decorated my family room in the late 80?s. It was time to remodel the room. He helped me take the wallboard off. Also, we found some insulation problems. So, he did the re-insulation and rewiring. He also helped me with re-flooring. He knew what he was doing. He charged me a very reasonable rate. He worked very hard the entire time he was at my house. He concentrated only on his job. He completed the work in a day. He was laid off by his employer. He came out and gave us his card. So, I told him that I might have other projects for him. He is totally worth it. He is a really good guy to get a job done. He came out one day and looked at my requirements. He wanted to be paid by the hour and I did just that. He helped me a lot. I think he gave me a good deal. He is really nice. He is in his fifties. He told me that the drywall was not strong, but he did a very good job with it. I?ll highly recommend him. I?ll definitely use him for my next project.
