Great! My main reason for going there was to determine the cause of my monitor not working. They checked it over and concluded that the monitor had simply died. It was 9 years old. They didn't have a replacement that suited my needs for size so, I had to get that elsewhere. However, while I was there I inquired about speeding the system up and they recommended additional RAM (Two 8GB chips) and a faster (6GB) graphics card. I explained that I was working on a project and that I needed things done ASAP and they had me going again the next day. Very professional shop and great service!

PC-COM is great. I enjoy working on and building computers in my spare time and they are the only company i allow to work on anything i build. i have been using them for years for hard to find parts. they provided same day service and explain everything. i have told my friends and family for years about the great quality of work they do.

PC Com did a great job fixing my computer.  They didn't charge any fee to diagnose the problem.  I really appreciate the free diagnosis--I had just taken my computer to Best Buy's Geek Squad a couple of days earlier because it wouldn't power on.  Best Buy charged $100 to replace the power source, but when I brought the computer back home, it just kept rebooting until it shut down totally.  When I returned the computer to Best Buy the next day, I was told that  I needed to pay another $75 fee to diagnose the problem with the computer, or pay $100 for a one-year Geek Squad subscription.  I refused and took the computer to PC Com instead.  Within hours, the repair specialist called to let me know that it was the new power supply (installed by Best Buy) that wasn't working and the computer could be fixed immediately.  When I went back to the shop, he took the time to show me that my computer was working properly before I left the store.  Everyone at the store was friendly and knowledgeable and they did the repair very quickly.  I will definitely return if I have any more computer problems.

I am extremely happy with the new computer.  He helped me with retrieving my address book from the old computer, and with a few other technical details that I needed help with.  Very accommodating,  taking whatever time needed for me to comprehend technical language I was not all that familiar with.

I walked in to PC-Com about noon with a failed hard drive on a pc that would not boot despite having a backup drive on board.
I was greeted promptly and I explained my issues. "Phil" asked me to leave the pc with him for evaluation and explained he would contact me when he had some answers. About 4pm I received the first of 4 phone calls from Phil as he had made his evaluation and had a plan to repair the machine. I gave my ok and work proceeded. I was consulted every time an issue arose and given options to contiue. My PC was finished and ready to pick up the next day. I got a new SS drive (with my data intact), new operating system and new antivirus software for just under $500.

They did a very good job, and everything worked well.

We needed an entirely new computer, and their prompt,  friendly and  professional  service put us at ease and helped us through the whole process.  The new computer is a huge improvement from the old one, and we feel very confident knowing we can contact them for help or any additional services we may need later on.  From our experience, we would  highly recommend PC-COM.

I was greeted right away as soon as I walked in.  They told me it will take a couple of days to remove the virus, but I was surprised that they called me the next day to tell me it was done.  They also recommended me to have a good anti-virus installed and I told them to go ahead and install it.  They told me that they will show me how to use and maintain the anti-virus when I pick it up.  I was very satisfied with the service and more informed about the maintenance involved with my laptop.  I would highly recommend them.  They are very knowledgeable and helpful.  They have a lot of parts (new and used).  The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.  My overall experience was great and I would definitely use them again.

THERE WAS SOME DIFFICULTY COMMUNICATING CLEARLY WHAT MY CONCERNS WERE WITH MY COMPUTER AND MY ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND MY OPTIONS TO FIX THE CONCERNS. IN THE END I LEFT WITH MY COMPUTER WORKING - THOUGH SOMEWHAT DIFFERENTLY THAN BEFORE. MY FILES WERE NOT IN THE SAME PLACE AS THEY WERE ORIGINALLY - NOW SOME ARE UNDER ''OWNERS DOCUMENTS'' AND OTHERS UNDER ''MY DOCUMENTS'' WHICH IS A LITTLE FRUSTRATING.
