Mei Fitness

They offer a lot of different classes. They have a lot different equipment. There is a family atmosphere in it. Everybody is very supportive and not intimidating unlike other places. If there are a few people, you could use a classroom with a projector and screen drop down and you could do something by yourself. I give a and ldquo;Band rdquo; for overall experience because I had a little trouble with them. It's very available because it is a 24 hour gym. Their equipment are rarely out of order.

I use to work out at LA Fitness for years. Got really tired of the GM named Jason. He always let some craziness go in the gym and never did anything about it. Well, I truly feel that Mel is an awesome individual. Mel came from the USMC and is chasing his dream of running a successful gym. He makes it an extremely personable gym and fun to go to. I've been gone for military service for some time and the trainers still remembered me! Pretty awesome. They have all the equipment you could want including a sauna and a tanning bed. All the free weights, squat racks, bench presses, shoulders presses, and cardio equipment. Mel is competitively pricedand offers personal training as well. He seems extremely involved with the community as well. I see billboards and facebook posts all the time that involve the community. I can't help but to write a great review, especially for an Active Duty Marine who has been deployed and risked his life for you and me. Really great guy, running a great gym!

I have been working out at this gym for almost 3 years now and I have really noticed a difference in my body. Remember, you make the best out of your gym experience so everyone has different results, but at Mei Fitness they give you all of the tools and support to help you reach your personal goals. The atmosphere is very inviting and the amenities are very plush. Best part though is the 24 hour access. I highly recommend!

Overall it went great, my trainer was very friendly and knowledgable just like the rest of the staff there. The first session he took my measurements, did a BMI and weight test, and then we worked out for 30 minutes. One thing I really liked about their approach is that they just don't put you on a machine, they use a lot of free weights and have you do core exercises as well during the sessions. Overall it has been a great experience and a great gym to visit..especially for the 24 hour access as I have a busy worklife and cant workout until late some evenings. I would definitely recommend Mei Fitness for anyone in the Avon Area it has been a great experience for me and I am seeing some great results!

I have a trainer. He listens to what I have to say and he is pretty encouraging. His name is Enrico and he works with me. I had a bad experience on the phone with them yesterday.
