I had gone into the Avon store to look at replacing my mattress. Brad waited on me and very patiently explained to me the features of the different mattresses. I was very impressed that he did not try to sell me the most expensive model. When I told him that I was not buying that day, he did not try to high pressure me into making a decision, he just said okay. I did go back three weeks later to make the purchase. The delivery men were very courteous and punctual, removed the old mattress and set up the new one - even waiting while I put on the dust ruffle. The new mattress is excellent quality and I am very pleased with it.

The salesman was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He explained their complete line of Bowled mattresses all the way down to where they are made and which quality materials are used. The mattresses are very heavy duty and they seemed to have a line for any need. We ordered 2x custom size Mattresses on Saturday and picked them up the following Thursday. That was impressive! They even loaded up the mattresses for me. We bought from them because our 5 year old Beautyrest was developing craters in the foam and the Simmons warranty support is a joke. The salesman explained his company's experience with the Bowles warranty and I was sold.
