Extremely poor services and quality of work. It was a nightmare experience.

We want to express our sincere appreciation for the stellar work in transforming our landscape into a source of beauty and pride. Melinda and her crew are indeed the A-Team. Their meticulous attention to detail, care, and commentary about what, why, and how they completed each job was both educational and a sign Liv 'in Green really cares about establishing long lasting relationships with satisfied customers.

The mulch was good quality and they got it all done in about 4 hours with two workers. There was a lot to do and they did a fantastic job. There was no mess and everything was very tidy when they were done.

They only did half of what was on the estimate. Didn't want to mess with our rock beds. Wanted to push back to the fall. Wasn't happy with locations of new plants. Had to come back out and place in different location. Price seemed a little high for the minimal amount of work actually performed.

On 4.16.2012 at 7:30 pm I was approaching the entrance to my neighborhood when traffic on Highway 135 abruptley slow down and all the vehicles in my lane swiftly switched lanes to avoid running over a member of this company was using a high power blower to disperse all the grass they had blown into the street across the entire highway. Now, I do not find anything wrong with the grass on the road as I use to work in lawn care in my early years and completley understand however I do have a problem with the careless and dangerous practices performed that could have led to not only an accident but also a flattened lawn care employee. In addition, I am even more frustrated considering I spent good money the day prior to have my car washed and then spent even more of my time waxing it for this company representitive to not even stop blowing the grass and debris all so over the road and all the cars busy trying to dodge him as they were driving by. Every good lawn care professional should have the common sense when mowing, blowing, and trimming near roads that you need to pause or stop when cars drive so as that this does not affect, damage, or distract the vehicle or driver. This company currently must contract with the neighborhood attached to mine, Buckmore Manor, for all their lawn care needs as they were mowing and trimming common ground near the entrance and exit. Livin Green, please properly train your employees to use common sense and professional practices. I suspect I will see your crews again as I assume you will be doing Buckmore's lawn needs the rest of the season and if I see this practice again I will not be so nice as to just leave a negative review on Angie's List.
