Joyner Construction Services

This is actually the third project I have had them out here for. They were recommended to me by my realtor to do some repairs identified in my inspection report. I was so pleased with the job they were doing that I added in some other work which Caleb quickly quoted for me and they began immediately. Total cost for the work was about $11K. The second time they worked on the house I was in Florida on vacation when I got a call telling me a tree had fallen on my house. I immediately called Caleb and he sent his guys out right away to remove the tree from the house and weather proof the house to prevent further damage. Of course, as soon as the insurance adjuster was done I had Caleb's guys back to do the repair work. Cost, about $1,700.

We were very happy with Joyner construction. Its crew, led by Caleb, ripped out and rebuilt our kitchen floor, installing tile. They also did some other miscellaneous projects.
Joyner was easy to talk to, and I especially appreciated that they were flexible. During the week they were at our house, my wife and I thought of several other tasks that we needed. Joyner quickly quoted the new work, and then did it, no new appointment required.

Everything went as planned. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent work! Roof was completed in one day; gutters in half a day; painting and siding in one day! Overall very happy with service, professionalism, speed of service, explanation of work, options to work with, and especially PRICE! Caleb worked with me until we received the full check from our insurance company and was responsive to communication and understood that I worked nights so minimal disturbances were great! Great repair and remodel to a 40 year old house that makes it look almost new again!

Caleb (Joyner) was excellent to work with. He was timely with all communications and respectful of my time and property. We learned of Caleb through a neighbor and will absolutely recommend him in the future to others. We obtained three separate bids for this project and Caleb's price was the lowest. When the lowest price comes from the person you feel most comfortable working with, you know its going to be an okay project!

Caleb and his workers showed up on time the day of the work and promptly got started. No issues were encountered with the project and they were done mid-afternoon. Everything was cleaned up when they left.

I am so pleased with the work Caleb and his guys did. I was completely comfortable allowing them in my home when I couldn't be there. Caleb went above and beyond my expectations and was very easy to communicate with (I prefer text). My house looks great and completely different from where we started. I consider myself to be a little bit of a perfectionist, and they truly did a fantastic job. I would hire Caleb in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend them.
