Could not have asked for more. He even removed the curtain fixtures from all windows & doors before painting, then replaced them. Cleaned hardwood floors. House built in early '60's..bathtubs dated, but he made them look new...don't know how he cleaned them-I'd tried hard to make them shine, but he did it! He was very pleasant to work with-have no idea how many hours he put in, but he did such a thorough job. Will be back this weekend to take care of some outside needs-clean gutters, etc. My son, another sister and I were so pleased and felt the money was well spent. I asked him if he was on Angie's List, he grinned and said no, but would like to be. Think he is a builder without houses to build right now! The realtor, who was recommened by the attorney knew about Rod, & when he saw the shape the house was in, he gave us his name. A real life-saver for us...forever grateful!
Description of Work: Sister passed on, leaving 3BR 2BA home w/atta garage needing thorough cleaning, painting, some bathroom tile replacement, etc. Garage service door was replaced, patio doors realigned so could open & close & lock properly. Wallpaper removed below chair rail in 1 BR. All walls & paneling in FR washed, nail holes filled in & painted. Appliances & cabinets were cleaned. Windows removed & washed. Had new carpet & linoleum installed in kitchen & FR. Spray painted 2car garage. Will clean gutters & paint outside trim soon as weather permits
